TS05 - Effective Event Investigation - Maintenance
Part-145 requires that Maintenance Error Investigators form an integral part of an organisation's Error Management System. Through a series of practical activities, this three-day course gives participants the complete skill set to confidently conduct effective investigations and present findings, enabling them to make a significant contribution to safety and efficiency standards.

Ideally suited for new and prospective error investigators from maintenance, component and overhaul organisations. Typical roles might include:
- Quality Assurance Staff
- MEDA Co-ordinators
- Engineering Staff conducting investigations
