Your background
It is likely to include in excess of 15 years in the aviation industry with an extensive proven track record as a licensed aircraft engineer; you are likely to have started your career in the UK armed forces.
It would also be a distinct advantage if you have more recently been a Regulatory Surveyor/Inspector or to have held a senior position in a military/civil aircraft Maintenance, or Airworthiness Management organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- To perform regulatory compliance audits of aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness organisations
- To manage the team to pre-defined standards of auditing
- To manage client relationships
- To manage accredited associate auditor quality and performance
- To manage invoicing and productivity
- To be the key point of contact with clients
- To develop and build a culture of "value adding" audits
- Manage the teams Health and Safety
