The client required management and leadership development training together with practical regulations and safety management solutions that would generate maximum safety and business advantages. The client is a specialist VVIP carrier and had to ensure that best practices were adopted by its managers and its team. Success was measured in terms of aircraft availability, so the efficacy of the maintenance undertaken had a significant role to play in ensuring the organisation met its primary objective. |

The Solution |
After extensive consultation a bespoke package was developed and presented to the client for approval. Subsequently the competence development package was delivered by a expert Baines Simmons Training Consultants. A ten day intensive training programme was designed beginning with a two-day session in personal effectiveness for leadership. The programme took delegates through communication methods, effective time management, coaching skills, team dynamics and a range of other management techniques. |
