Why do defence clients select us as preferred partners?
Our directors and many of our consultants have had a combination of defence and civil aviation careers. Our learning is focussed on achieving pre-determined outcomes with our clients and our delegates. We offer a comprehensive and growing range of in-house and open training courses. All our training meets the EASA system of learning where applicable and our own internal quality accreditation standards. In fact we have been competitively selected by EASA , the UK Civil Aviation Authority and 30 other National Regulators to deliver many courses across our areas of expertise.
Our courses are written and researched by experts with hands-on experience and responsibilities from maintenance hangars, operating defence environments, regulatory authorities involving fixed wing and rotary wing platforms. Our course content is derived from active participation in civil and defence policy and regulation development, ongoing global research activities, real accident investigations and unique civil and military industry insight.
Our courses are delivered by carefully selected professional consultants who have been there at the front line! Having "hands-on" experience means we have consistently achieved success in delivering our courses to over 30,000 delegates across the world. Our courses and diagnostic tools and services are designed to span the whole spectrum of personnel, from senior defence command levels, senior and middle officers to technicians and operators and support staff.
With our in-house courses we operate as consultants to understand you, your organisation and your specific needs. We walk your hangar, listen to your key people, see your operating environment and "soak up" your internal culture. We reflect all these things in the customised content and design of the courses we deliver so that your people can better relate and more strongly buy-in to their training activity.
