SR Technics
SMARRT® Airworthiness Management Diagnostic:
"Baines Simmons AMD Tool provided SR Technics with a fast accurate risk based analysis of our Continuing Airworthiness Management activities.
Their unique approach enabled SR Technics to quickly identify areas of system strength and weakness so we could focus our resources efficiently for the continued development of our business and support of our valued clients.
Such was the accuracy of the findings that we were able to add them into our Hazard Register and mitigate the associated risks in accordance with our SMS."

QinetiQ
“In 2008 we identified a key business requirement to measure the effectiveness of our Human Factors and Error Management systems across our organisation.
Initially, there appeared to be no cost effective efficient solution to our needs anywhere in the market, but following some preliminary discussions we engaged Baines Simmons to carry out a detailed and rapid diagnostic review of our Error Management system and processes. Their SMARRT tool methodology really impressed us by objectively identifying and prioritising key areas that could potentially carry risk to our operation.
This unique and innovative tool has facilitated invaluable internal management debate and provided the clarity and direction for us to embark upon a structured programme of changes to our policies, procedures and fundamental approach to Error Management”.
