Career Background
Mike is an experienced engineer and training & development professional with a background in airlines, regulatory authorities and professional services. Mike began his career as an apprentice engineer with British Airways where he specialised as a structures engineer. After gaining valuable experience in the production environment, Mike joined the technical training department and has worked in training & development since 1998. His skills were honed through various design & development, project management and training delivery roles in high-profile organisations such as Sony, Virgin Atlantic, CASA and Qantas.
