The effectiveness of your Maintenance Programme and the competence of your personnel are key to optimising your operational efficiencies, yet such programmes are not well understood in the industry. Regulations require you to build, manage and improve your maintenance programme, but what does this look like in practice?
This understanding is fundamental if you are to fulfill the regulatory requirement of your personnel being competent. What are you measuring their competence against? Improving understanding in this area, and getting the right people doing the right things will ultimately drive improved performance and be reflected in an improved maintenance to flying ratio.
This course is designed to meet the needs of staff and organisations who want to deliver a consistently robust approach to managing an effective maintenance programme. Through examining industry best practice, the course will provide you with knowledge and techniques you need in order to promote greater efficiency in maintenance programme management, ultimately improving safety, reliability and profitability.
