Baines Simmons first to develop unique FAR 145 Bilateral Workshop
Baines Simmons has been quick off the mark to develop its new FAR 145 Bilateral Workshop, proving to the industry once again that it leads the way in developing and delivering innovative aviation safety training courses.
Aimed primarily at Quality Managers in EU-based EASA Part 145 organisations holding or considering FAR Part 145 certification, the new workshop is designed to equip delegates with the tools and knowledge needed to work effectively with their EU Local Competent Authority regulator which, under the terms of the new Bilateral agreement, now assumes responsibility for an organisation’s FAA Approval process. The workshop will be invaluable for all organisations wanting to get or maintain their FAA Repair Station Approval in the UK and Europe.
Two workshops will run at the Baines Simmons Aviation Safety Academy on 2nd October and 11th December 2012. The workshops will be run by Baines Simmons’ Senior Consultant and Subject Leader, Jeff Fieldhouse, who specialises in regulatory matters relating to maintenance organisations and who was intrinsically involved in the design and development of the course.
