Client growth drives investment in new Management Structure
Building on the 70% growth from last year, we continue to strategically invest in strengthening our management capacity and capability.
The growth from our existing 250 and new clients in the civil aviation market continues to secure new opportunities for major programmes, new contracts and new products such as SMS, SMARRT and FAIR.
Our activities in the Military sector have developed at a rapid rate, initially with The Ministry of Defence Airworthiness and Flight Test Regulator (MAFTR) on whose behalf we assess organisations seeking MAOS Approval and Renewals. And latterly with significant MoD work in the British Army, RAF, DE&S (Defence Equipment and Support).
Our association with Regulatory Authorities has developed even further with exclusive contracts won with EASA and the UK CAA to deliver key training courses to their staff and clients. Meanwhile we recently conducted an efficiency and effectiveness consulting review working with our 12th National Aviation Authority client.
Following an intensive interview and selection process, it is with great pleasure that we can formally announce the appointments for five of our team into the following management positions in the business.
