EASA Access Rules for Air Operations, Initial Airworthiness & Continuing Airworthiness

EASA has published its latest technical publication Easy Access Rules for Air Operations containing the Implementing Rules (IR) and the Acceptable Means of Compliance/Guidance Material (AMC/GM). The Guide was published in December 2015 and contains updated material on all the latest changes to the regulations.

Also available to download from our website are the EASA Access Rules for Initial Airworthiness and Continuing Airworthiness.

Easy Access Rules for Part-21, Airworthiness and Environmental Certification was last issued in November 2015.

The Easy Access rules for Continuing Airworthiness, covering Part-M, Part-145, Part-66 and Part-147, will be published in the first quarter of 2016.

The guides are updated after each substantial change to the IR and/or AMC&GM and all three are available to download here from our website and also from the EASA website
