Baines Simmons is investing £500k in continuing professional development (CPD) for its extensive team of consultants this year, to ensure the company maintains its reputation as a market leading, world class provider of aviation safety solutions.
The approach to CPD employed by Baines Simmons has a strong emphasis on generating results that ensure the service experienced by every client reflects the business’ ‘world class’ vision. The goal of meeting client needs at every opportunity is optimised through tailoring the learning and growth of every individual in the organisation, and by harnessing and honing each consultant’s particular skills.
The monthly CPD sessions are carefully and thoroughly designed to provide the Baines Simmons team with updates on regulations, subject matter and industry. They also provide the opportunity for consultants to share learning and best practice so that the company can continue to evolve to better meet the requirements of its clients.
