Making world class client service happen

Baines Simmons is investing £500k in continuing professional development (CPD) for its extensive team of consultants this year, to ensure the company maintains its reputation as a market leading, world class provider of aviation safety solutions.

The approach to CPD employed by Baines Simmons has a strong emphasis on generating results that ensure the service experienced by every client reflects the business’ ‘world class’ vision. The goal of meeting client needs at every opportunity is optimised through tailoring the learning and growth of every individual in the organisation, and by harnessing and honing each consultant’s particular skills.

The monthly CPD sessions are carefully and thoroughly designed to provide the Baines Simmons team with updates on regulations, subject matter and industry. They also provide the opportunity for consultants to share learning and best practice so that the company can continue to evolve to better meet the requirements of its clients.

“Our team recognise that our CPD investment is second to none and this is not viewed in simple financial terms. Our passion and commitment to employ and retain staff as well as to provide opportunities for the highly skilled team we employ are also aspects that are greatly valued by all our consultants,” states Howard Leach, Head of Operations at Baines Simmons. “This means that clients get world class training and consulting services while making Baines Simmons a great company to work in”

Baines Simmons is recognised as an international market leader in aviation safety solutions, operating as a trusted partner with more than 300 of the world’s leading civil and military aviation organisations in 43 countries. The company has well-established links with more than 30 regulators worldwide, including the UK CAA and the Ministry of Defence. It is currently the single largest supplier of safety and error management training to EASA.
