NEW Safety Risk Management Course Accredited by Institute of Risk Management (IRM)
TS90 Safety Risk Management for Professional Practitioners, a new 2016 training course offered by Baines Simmons in its 2016-17 Training Directory, has been accredited by the Institute of Risk Management.
Through this course, we are able to help Executive Management teams to build a cohesive and comprehensive risk profile of their organisation so that effective risk-based decisions can be made.
The course is specifically designed to focus on risk management in the aviation industry and builds core competencies and skills in risk management at an executive level so that safety and efficiency improvements can be driven into organisations.
This 2-day Practitioner level course is suited to all those who perform risk assessments. Safety Managers and Directors who need to develop detailed profiles of the risk pictures of their organisation will benefit from attending as will Senior Managers (Nominated Persons/Form 4 Holders) and Accountable Managers who want to evaluate the effectiveness of information provided to them.
The course was developed by our Subject Matter Leader, Chris Gray – one of our specialist aviation safety risk management consultants and an experienced safety manager, former pilot, instructor and ops planner in the Royal Air Force. Chris specialises in the ‘clean’ capture of information, providing Accountable Managers with real-time information on which to base decisions.
Baines Simmons’ Safety Risk Management specialist consultants are skilled in helping to design and implement practical measures that improve their management of safety risk in order to reap operational, financial and performance benefits.
