Felicity is a specialist aviation Human Factors and Fuel Tank consulting and training expert. She is a confident and enthusiastic facilitator with 14 years experience in the aviation industry. As a qualified lean six sigma green belt and Prince2 practitioner, Felicity works with clients to improve cultures, processes and systems that achieve significant performance gains and cost savings. She offers specialist knowledge in the area of component management for civil airlines.

Expertise and capability

Trains in Human Factors initial and continuing programmes, Felicity has been involved in training over 800 people in the UK and overseas.
Consults across a wide range of Human Factors specialist areas, has operated across many projects such as Human Factors Co-ordinator for SR Technics.
Consults in the area of component requirements and has worked for many international airlines, liaising with engineers, workshop technicians, planning departments, technical records ,freight forwarders, quality departments and of course AOG desk personnel. Her project work has resulted in impressive cost savings and process improvements.
Career background and experience

Felicity studied at Dublin University’s Trinity College Aerospace Psychology Department. Felicity began her career working in a hangar environment at a large multinational MRO, sourcing components for aircraft on check. (FLS Aerospace which later became SR Technics). She successfully co-ordinated the Human Factors programme for SR Technics UK managing a team of 7.Felicity has gained an invaluable insight into the challenges and pressures faced by aircraft operators and all those involved, either directly or indirectly, with keeping an aircraft flying.
