Luke is an experienced cross-disciplinary professional specialising in culture, business transformation and sustainability.
He brings a decade of hands-on operational and leadership experience, including establishing the principal place of business for Malta’s first specialised airborne operator, where he served as Accountable Manager during his tenure as Managing Director.
Luke has led complex aircraft integration projects, co-authored bid-winning multimillion-euro contracts, secured dangerous goods approvals, registered Third Country aircraft, and held multiple nominated person roles, including Compliance, Safety, Ground Operations, and Dangerous Goods. He has also implemented ISO certifications across key standards (9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001).
These outcomes are underpinned by his background as a commercial pilot and an honours degree in Air Transport Operations. Clients value his vibrant, engaging style, and today, Luke helps organisations strengthen their culture, navigate uncertainty, and build resilience.
