The MAA’s 4900 series specifies the requirements for the continuing airworthiness management of military aircraft. A relatively new regulation, it introduces the concept of a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), which has its origins in the civil EASA model. It introduces new accountabilities and a fundamental shift in how you ensure your aircraft remain reliable, available and safe. Through examining the regulation and understanding its intent, this course aims to help you consider its intelligent application for your particular operation.
