Ursula Tucker

Ursula is responsible for assisting clients with our open training events at our purpose-built Aviation Training Academy. She enjoys working in a busy, customer focused environment and is the central point of contact for all open training administrative and logistical needs, ensuring that courses run smoothly. Ursula’s aim is to ensure that a high level of support is always provided to visiting delegates and training consultants.

Career background and experience

Prior to joining Baines Simmons, Ursula co-owned and operated a successful landscaping supply business which she eventually sold. She was heavily involved in all aspects of the business and had the opportunity to develop a wide variety of business and administrative knowledge as well as hone her customer and supplier relationships management skills.
