In an issue of the RAF Total Safety Magazine, Air Clues, Senior Consultant Peter Hibbert discusses how we continue to manage, on behalf of the MAA, the MOD’s Safety Training for Error Prevention (STEP) programme.
STEP is a technical support initiative designed to facilitate the establishment of an effective Aviation Safety Management System, by increasing competence and awareness of Air Safety. STEP training consists of a suite of courses that can be standalone or attended as part of a competence pathway.
