Dedicated to a seamless, and holistic customer experience Katy’s attention to detail and methodical approach ensure that organisations and individuals are well looked after from enquiry to post training follow up.
Prior to joining Baines Simmons in 2018, Katy worked in Education and Youth Services, running projects for at risk young people, before moving into Publishing account management. Katy is a staunch believer in lifelong learning, to not only satisfy Regulations and to demonstrate competence, but for self-development and personal growth.
