Management Systems – Safety Responsibilities

TS01 | 1 day

Having a firm understanding of how your role fits into your organisation’s safety management system is a game-changer - seeing the bigger picture gives added purpose and importance to tasks or processes that you may have previously undervalued.

Achieving such clarity across your organisation avoids time and resources being wasted in well-intentioned but disjointed activity, and ultimately is central to controlling risk, improving safety management and with it, business performance.
