At Baines Simmons, we have extensive experience working with defence and military organisations. In March 2024, we renewed a five-year contract with the UK Ministry of Defence to deliver specialist aviation safety training to the Defence Aviation Community. Starting April 2024, the contract includes the STEP II programme, which aims to enhance air safety awareness and improve the effectiveness of the Aviation Safety Management System.
