FAQ

How do I access virtual training?
We’re using Microsoft Teams as our main platform for delivery of virtual training for academy courses. Should you wish to run an in-company session and MS Teams is not feasible, please contact us as we have other options available.

How do I join a virtual training course?
If you do not already have MS Teams installed on your equipment please download & install following the instructions here on the Microsoft website. You may need the support of your organisation’s IT Department to do this. However, if it is impossible for you to download and install MS Teams it may be possible for you to join as a ‘Guest’ subject to certain conditions. If this is the case, please let us know in good time and we can take the appropriate action.

Prior to your course, we will send you an invitation which includes a link to join the meeting and comprehensive joining instructions with all the information you require to join the session.

You may also need a pdf reader to view some of the materials. If you don’t have one, we would recommend going to the Adobe website and downloading Acrobat Reader here.

What facilities and equipment do I need?
Customers/delegates are required to join their sessions with equipment conducive to an effective learning experience, as follows:
